Regular dental hygiene appointments are essential for your oral health and recommended every 6-12 months. Our dental professionals first will thoroughly examine the entire set of teeth. Then all tartar and plaque on and between the teeth is removed. At the end all tooth surfaces are coated with a fluoride gel, which protects from acid attacks of oral bacteria.
Teeth naturally discolor, especially when drinking coffee, wine or in case of smoking. During bleaching usually a hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide-based gel is applied to the surface of the discolored teeth. This breaks up the stains, making the color less concentrated and the teeth brighter and whiter.
The whitening (bleaching) kit for home appliance is included in the aligner treatment. Or you can also chose a whitening treatment at our practice for small extra charge.
